Any special multi-minerals?


The very most important things about minerals is that they are absorbable and useful to the body.

When people start taking minerals, their body takes a lot more capsules than I would expect.

I personally was tested for 1 cap 3 times per day. When I got used to that, it went up! I took sometimes 3 caps 3 times per day. This was a very specific sea weed based mineral built for the blood type. Then it went up from there! I used sprouts, specialty minerals like Lithium, magnesium threonate and zinc. Then I found myself drinking more fresh green juice than regular people drink water! And it went on to adding green vegetables every meal. And thriving on it!

Vitamins and minerals are the building block of the body. They make us strong. They make us like Popeye!

My kids had a great base of minerals as they went off to college. Then they stopped taking them thinking that maybe it didn't have anything to do with anything.
